What To Do

Here’s what to do:

1. Try to find a copy of your judgment.  We will need a copy sent to us.  This way, we'll know the exact amount of the judgment and the exact name(s) of defendant(s) as entered on the judgment. This is important for the courts as they require exact names, spellings etc. on the Assignment of Judgment which we submit to the court.  If you do not have a copy of the judgment, you can obtain a copy from the court where the judgment was entered.   If you would like us to obtain a copy of the judgment, the fee is $75.00.

2. Call us at (800) 537-6900, ext. 11.  Please call us and we'll go over the process and answer all of your questions.
